Awards & Awards Ceremony
The Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k awards ceremony will be held in Monroe Park at 9:45 a.m. Awards for the top five overall men and women and awards for the Richmond Region 10k Championship will be presented.
Age Group Awards go to the top five finishers in all age groups and will be mailed in late April. Age groups are: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 and 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, and 85+.
Elite Athlete Qualifications
Any male that can show proof he can complete the 10k in under 33:00 or any female that can show proof she can complete the 10k in under 37:00 qualifies for a complimentary entry. Please note: This qualification time must have occurred in the last 18 months. Additional stipends for travel and accommodations may be awarded at the discretion of the elite athlete coordinator.

Prize Money
Prize money will be awarded to the top five overall male and female finishers in the 10k as follows:

$1,000 Bonus for Course Record
Double your money! A $1,000 bonus will be awarded to any male or female who breaks the course record.
Richmond Region 10k Championship
Calling all competitive local runners! The Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k is offering prize money to the top finishers that live and train in the Richmond Region. Any current resident of the Richmond-Petersburg MSA is eligible to win prize money for being the first Richmond resident to cross the finish line at the 10k.
Prize money will be awarded to the top three males and females as follows:
