SIGN UP

Once your team is set up, individuals can begin registering themselves. (Captains, don’t forget to sign up to participate.)

THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.

BULK REGISTRATION

  • If you’d like to pay for your employees to participate, purchase a bulk registration code by selecting "Manager Your Existing Team" then clicking on "Buy Tent & Entries".
  • Verify who has registered using your code.

Bulk codes must be used before registration closes and there are no refunds for unused registrations. If you’re not sure how many you’ll need, buy a smaller number and purchase more as needed.  Once a bulk registration entry has been used, it cannot be transferred to another person.

RUN IN STYLE.

Order customized Corporate Run team shirts and market your team while you run! Orders must be received by Thursday, May 3.

RENT A TENT.

Reserve a spot at the Post-Race Office Party by renting a tent for your crew by Friday, June 1:

Tent Size Includes Cost
10’ x 10’ 1 table; 2 chairs $350
10' x 20' 2 tables; 6 chairs $550
20' x 20' 4 tables and 8 chairs $900
Extra Chairs - $5 each
Extra Tables - $10 each

Tent Rules & Regs:

  • NO GRILLS OR GLASS BOTTLES will be permitted at Dominion.
  • No outside alcohol is allowed.  Coolers and bags are subject to search.
  • One company banner may be displayed within the structure of a rented tent. All other banners will be removed.

FEED YOUR TEAM.

  • Pick a Caterer
    • Prefered Caterers - reference the “Connects Federal Credit Union Corporate 4-Miler.”
  • Coordinate a specific time to meet the caterer at the Office Party area.
  • Catering delivery time must be between 5:30-6:30 p.m.

SPREAD THE WORD!

Recruit staff and coworkers to participate!

  • Opportunities for marketing include meetings, posters, e-mail, MEMO's, company newsletter, bulletin boards, etc.
  • Add event logo to your web site or auto signature

PICK UP Your Packets.

Packets will be assembled for your entire team. Please send a representative to pick up your team’s items at the following dates/times:

Wednesday, June 6 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Hilton Garden Inn
Thursday, June 7 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Hilton Garden Inn
Thursday, June 7 4 – 6:30 p.m. Near the Start (Apex Systems parking lot)

DISTRIBUTE Your Packets.

Prior to race day distribute the packet items to your team members:

  • Bib #'s
  • T-shirts
  • Race Day Information Sheets
  • Event Site Map & Course Map

*Don’t forget to coordinate a spot to meet up pre-race!
